I really wanted to know the answer after some reader cast doubt about it identity but unfortunately we don’t have the fish with us at the moment. One thing for certain is I don’t think this fish is nagyi due its long pelvic filament. I may need to examine the fins next time I caught them because red banded fins are the key to identify them.
