Harman and I took  an emergency trip to Kota Tinggi last Monday purpose to find out the actual situation of KT sp and it habitat after knowing it was vanished by oil palm replanting program two months ago. The habitat destruction was unavoidable due to this special nondescript species were only found resides in an old oil palm estate.  Based on estate farming practice, a replanting program will be conducted in estimating 20 years interval.

We were deeply saddened by what we saw, even before the final corner to destination; we saw only an open land. It was a late evening, the scenery was warm, we caught the tail of the sunset, and the rays of the sunset are dimming until the sun was disappeared into the horizon. We found it hard to recognize the place; the small piece of swamp together with the crypts was actually being buried. Herman is pointing at the grave.
