For the city flock of Malaysia, one of the best places to escape heat and works pressure is a place located about 1500m above sea level name Cameron highland. The Highlands were named after William Cameron; he founded the place more than 120 years ago in 1885.
With temperatures around 25 °C, this is not only the ideal place for relaxations but it’s also an ideal place for plantation farming. Hence, along the way to the summit, nurseries and farms are seen in almost every corner. Photo below is a hundred year old tea plantation.

Species of Apis are generalist floral visitors, and will pollinate a large variety of plants, the value of these pollination services is commonly unmeasurable and is a perfect partner for plantation farmers.
It wasn’t hard to find a natural Nepenthes habitat in this highland but its wasn’t easy neither. We started the finding journey in the morning, by God’s graces we managed to find a good spot for photo shooting in the afternoon.
